“ We went for their this weekend’ Dal-Baati-Choorma special offering. Have to say, one of the best & most authentic Rajasthani style Daal-Baati you can have. Great ambience, amazing owners and delicious food. The consistency of the baati, the softness of the gatte, the optimally sweet choorma, and then add additional spicy tadka to daal...just perfect. With all this food, Chhaach is must too. Definitely a place to go for someone craving for Dal-Baati. Worth the drive, and can’t wait to go back again and try their other offerings too ”

“ Stopped for lunch traveling thru Atlanta. Pleasing ambiance - (See photo) Good food: Refreshing Masala Chai Tea. Tasty Dosas (they may need a bit of salt in batter). Excellent chutnies. Flavourful side-sambar for the dosas. Need to visit again for the perfectly sweet Rabddi. Good service. They have a service robot Importantly clean bathroom 10/10. I recommend this place. ”

Owner Rajendra Jain and his Chefs explore Indian cuisine Vegetarian style. The bites that begin every meal set the tone: the Tandoori Momo’s open up new possibilities. From there, the big flavors, keep coming in a Signature Dal Bukhara with black lentils, Mix Vegetables and the intoxicating Onion Kulcha. Milady claims Rajendra makes the best Cosmopolitan in the state! The atmosphere is inviting and lovely. Mr.Jain has created a diamond in the rough with his Chaska vegetarian Indian restaurant. With plenty of free parking and easy access off I 75. Make your way to Chaska and put it in your Google maps favorites for the next time you visit. Highly recommended ”
“ An atypical Indian restaurant. They offer very different varieties of Indian food. An explosion of flavors throughout the meal. Great presentation and great service. You can tell they spend a good effort to bring you a present dining experience. You may find a location is less than desirable, but the food and the service made up for it. I will return to try other items on the menu. ”
“ I am really finicky about Indian food especially Daal baati and choorma. Chaska did not disappoint at all. The food and the ambience was great both Mr Rajendra and his wife were very very hospitable. Gatte ki sabzi was perfectly spiced and the Gatte were soft and perfectly spiced. Their homemade Kair and carrot pickle was amazing. We had an amazing Falooda for dessert. Definitely coming back for more ”
